Lynn B. Kasicki Lynn Beer Kasicki graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish. She subsequently completed her Juris Doctorate at Northern Illinois University in 1988, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
